Does the water bottle come with it?
The water reservoir is integrated into the unit, so there is no separate bottle to connect or carry.
Will it fit my golf cart?
It is designed for cup-holder placement. If you are unsure about your cart, email us at support@chillisle.com before ordering.
How long does the battery last?
Manufacturer-rated runtime is up to 5.5 hours at max fan + max mist, 9 hours fan only at max speed, and 30 hours at low fan + intermittent mist. It charges by USB-C.
When will my order arrive?
We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
What if it is not right for me?
You have 30 days to request a return, subject to our return policy.
