30-day returns
If your Chill Isle fan is not earning its place in your cup holder, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
How to start a return: email support@chillisle.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions.
Items should be returned in the condition you received them, with all parts included. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund your original payment method.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email us with a photo and your order number and we will make it right.
