Solid build, fits perfectly

Bought this misting fan to use on the golf course and it slots right into the cart's cup holder, though it stands fine on any flat surface too, so it works for all sorts of outdoor activities. Build quality is good and the battery easily lasts hours. Between the multiple speeds and mist settings, it keeps you cool even on the hottest days. I've also been using it to help cool down my car's cabin; the AC needed an expensive repair, and this fan does a surprisingly decent job in the meantime, windows up or not. Would recommend.

A must-have for hot-weather golf

If you golf in summer heat, this thing is a lifesaver. I fill it with ice water and the cool mist carries me through an entire round. Highly recommend it to anyone who plays regularly.

Very nice

Great fan that does exactly what it was designed to do. Love the cup holder fit, no worrying about it flying out of your hands or off a surface. Great little wind generator.

FAQ

Questions campers ask

Will it fit my camp chair?

It fits the standard mesh or hard cup holders on most folding camp chairs, and it also stands upright on a table. Not sure about yours? Email support@chillisle.com before you order and we'll tell you straight.

Will it just blow hot air at me?

That is what a plain fan does — it moves the hot air that is already around you. The Breeze runs a fine water mist through the airflow, and it is the evaporating water that your skin actually feels. Fan and mist are separate buttons, so you choose. It works best in dry heat; in heavy humidity mist evaporates more slowly.

Will it stay put, or fall out like my last one?

There is nothing to come loose — no clips, no hooks, no straps, no flexible legs. That hardware is what fails on a clip-on fan. The Breeze is tapered to sit upright in a standard-size cup holder, the same way your drink bottle does, and you lift it out by the handle when you want it. It is a drop-in fit rather than a bolted-down mount, so over rough ground treat it like an open drink.

Will I look like a goose with it?

You do not wear it. There is nothing round your neck, nothing clipped to your hat and nothing strapped to you — it sits down in the cup holder where your drink goes, and you lift it out by the handle when you move. It is not invisible: it stands about 30 cm tall, roughly the height of a tall drink bottle. Your playing partners will notice it when they are hot and you are not.

I already take a frozen bottle and a wet towel. Why do I need this?

Because a towel or a frozen bottle is a fixed amount of cold. It is good for a few holes, then it is warm and you are carrying a wet rag around for the rest of the round. The Breeze does not run out that way: the 900ml tank is built in, you top it up with water from any tap or the clubhouse, and it runs up to 5.5 hours at max fan with max mist — 18 holes is about 4.5. Owners drop a few ice cubes in the tank. It is not a cold pack you hold against your neck: it sits in the cup holder beside you and works between shots, so keep the drinks in your ice box and let this one handle the air.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Standard tracked shipping is free on every order to United Kingdom, so there's no shipping charge at checkout. We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. See our shipping page.

What if it's not right for me?

Send it back within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging, and we'll refund you less a 10% restocking fee. Return shipping is paid by you. If it arrives faulty or damaged, none of that applies: we'll make it right at no cost to you. Just email support@chillisle.com and a real person will reply. Full returns policy.

How long does it run, and how do I refill it?

Manufacturer-rated runtimes: up to 5.5 hours at max fan with max mist, 9 hours fan-only at max speed, and up to 30 hours on low fan with intermittent mist. Top up the built-in 900ml tank with water whenever it runs low, and recharge by USB-C.

Will the mist soak me?

No. The fan and the mist have separate buttons, so you can run the breeze on its own and add mist only when you want it.

Your next hot campout is coming. Play it cool.
